WSU CLUBS ON CAMPUS – WHERE ALL THE BEST CLUBS ARE!!!
A great way to make the most of your time at Waikato is to join or start a club.The WSU can provide affiliated Clubs with:
Space on Campus: Lecture theatres, Gurus, Bunker, Gazebo’s and the Entertainment area for club events and meetingsServices: PA, Photocopying, Laminating, Fax, Club Lockers, Mailing address, Use of BBQ for events
Help Recruiting: Involvement in Clubs day; A and B Semester
Promotion of Events: Nexus, Chalk, Posters and fliers; Gun stapler
Grants
$105 Administration Support – made up of; $20:00 WSU Credit, $80:00 Cash, 1 Free BBQ Hire (bond required) $1000 Capital and Events Grant (other conditions Apply)
Club Assistance through the Clubs Co-ordinator
Resource Library, Constitution Assistance, Financial documents, Meeting Procedures, Help with incorporation, Other help as needed and Topical Clubs SeminarSome of these services have small bonds or charges associated with them. Please visit reception or the WSU website for an up-to-date price list
To affiliate to the WSU, clubs are required to complete an affiliation form and email it to the clubs Co-ordinator
